
From left to right: alpine cheese croquets with wild garlic pesto; asparagus salad with herb vinaigrette; cream of asparagus soup with beef carpaccio ( the beef is actually sitting piled on a lid over the soup. The jars were fun and quite yummy. Then Todd had a local pork chop, and i had lake trout. Dessert was also served in little shot glasses... Strawberry mousse and frozen coffee parfait. yum!!
